NS Development is a private equity firm that acquires and develops industrial real estate across the Mid-Atlantic. I designed their logo and brand identity to look and feel industrial: a heavy, angular NS monogram with sharp cuts, set in bold block type on a deep olive green that brings to mind equipment, warehouses, and job sites.
